How do I know if the unit is cavitating?
Poor cleaning usually results from improper control of one or more variables of the process: choosing the wrong cleaning solution, lack of heat, lack of time to remove a particular type of pollution. If you suspect that your ultrasonic cleaner is not cavitating properly, there are two simple tests that you can perform, "the test for glass slide" and "test on the foil."
